Helping people break into design
- 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
- Maple Ridge Foundation
- Since 2005
- English, Mandarin
For 21 years I've mentored people in design and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fang: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
