Fang Feng
Mentor in finance and first-generation students
- 🇺🇸 Springfield, Massachusetts, United States
- Springfield Mentoring Circle
- Since 1982
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,380 people through Springfield Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Areas of mentoring
