I taught social studies at Giza Technical College in Giza from 2016 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I played music while people worked.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Faisal
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
