Faisal Anwar Cherif
Tennis and fitness coach, Marseille
- 🇫🇷 Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France
- Sunrise Swimming Club
- Since 1981
- French
I've coached tennis at Sunrise Swimming Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Faisal
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Faisal: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
