Fábio Ronaldo Farias
Nursing mentor, Fortaleza
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Andes Learning Hub
- 2009 to 2025
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Andes Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fábio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
