Baking, done properly
- 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- The Belo Horizonte Workshop
- 1996 to 2023
- Portuguese
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Belo Horizonte, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
More about Fábio
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
