Ezra P. Munoz
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Coventry, England, United Kingdom
- Old Coventry Repairs
- Since 2018
- English
I've worked in baking since 2018. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 140 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Ezra
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
