Rowing and fitness coach, Swansea
- 🇬🇧 Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom
- Swansea Youth Club
- 1980 to 2006

For 26 years I ran the rowing program at Swansea Youth Club in Swansea. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
