Ezekiel K. Lane
Mathematics and chemistry teacher, Leeds
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Leeds Girls' School
- Since 2018
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ezekiel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ezekiel: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2025. I remember you. Greetings from Denpasar.

You taught me mathematics in 2025 at Leeds Girls' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
