Helping people break into engineering
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Leeds Association
- 1999 to 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 720 people through Leeds Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ezekiel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
