Ezekiel E. Vargas
Teacher at Oakland Academy, loves English literature
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakland Academy
- 1981 to 1998
- English
For 17 years I was the English literature teacher at Oakland Academy. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ezekiel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
