Ezekiel D. Ryan
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Québec, Quebec, Canada
- The Québec Repairs
- Since 2018
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2018 in Québec and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Ezekiel: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
