Evgeny Zhukov
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Saint Petersburg Workshop
- Since 1981
- English, Russian
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Saint Petersburg, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Evgeny
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Evgeny: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
