I've worked in baking from 1979 to 2015. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 2,090 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Everly
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Everly: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
