Everett F. Alvarez

18 years teaching Spanish in Wollongong

  • 🇦🇺 Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia
  • Summit Technical College
  • Since 2000
  • English
I teach Spanish at Summit Technical College in Wollongong since 2000. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I never turn anyone away. Over the years I've had 1,400 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Everett

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Everett: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
