Everett B. Marquez
Professor of political science, Summit Polytechnic
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Summit Polytechnic
- Since 1997
- English
My subject is political science, and for 29 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Summit Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Everett
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Everett: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
