For 29 years I've run the athletics program at Fort Worth Youth Club in Fort Worth. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Evelyn: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
