I taught early years at Fresno Primary School in Fresno from 1986 to 2015. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
