Self-taught printmaking artist
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Beacon Print Workshop
- Since 1995
- English
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1995 at Beacon Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Beacon Print Workshop, which keeps me honest.
More about Evans
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
