Evans Ssebuliba Bakari

Watercolor artist in Arusha

  • 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
  • Since 1982
  • English, Swahili
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1982 at Arusha Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Arusha Art Collective, which keeps me honest.

I bought one of your pieces in 2004. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Colombo.
