Evans Ouma Mrema
29 years teaching music in Mombasa
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Mombasa Boys' School
- Since 2004
- English, Swahili
I teach music at Mombasa Boys' School in Mombasa since 2004. Most days I teach Year 9, and my door is open at lunch.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Evans
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I was in your Year 9 class in 2011. You believed I could do it before I did! Thank you again.

You taught me music in 2010 at Mombasa Boys' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on
