Evans Omondi Waweru
Songwriting player and teacher in Kampala
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Kampala Quartet
- Since 1985
- English, Swahili
I've played songwriting since 1985, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Evans: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
