Evans Omondi Githinji

Physical education and music teacher, Entebbe

  • 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
  • Entebbe Girls' School
  • 1999 to 2015
  • English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Evans

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me physical education in 2002 at Entebbe Girls' School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays!
