Auto repair for 35 years in Mbale

- English, Swahili
I've worked in auto repair from 1988 to 2023. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 630 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Evans
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Evans: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
