I work mostly in jewelry, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1978 at Dar es Salaam Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Dar es Salaam Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
