Baking, done properly
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2002 in Kisumu and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm still learning every day.
