Eunice Appiah
Coached rowing for 25 years in Tema
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- 1981 to 2006
- English, Twi
For 25 years I ran the rowing program at Tema St. Anne's Community Club in Tema. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Eunice: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
