I taught home economics and art at Starlight Technical College, Parramatta. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ethan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
