Ethan Romain Collet
Helping people break into design
- 🇨🇦 Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
- Riverside Community Trust
- 2009 to 2019
- English, French
For ten years I've mentored people in design and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ethan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
