Ethan Olivier Caron
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇫🇷 Paris, Île-de-France, France
- Since 1989
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 890 people through Sakura Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Ethan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ethan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
