I've worked in baking since 2007. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 930 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Ethan: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
