Esther Wambui Opio
Drama and computer science teacher, Arusha
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- 1999 to 2010
- English
For eleven years I was the drama teacher at Lincoln Public School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 290 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Esther
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
