Esther Sade Balogun
Farming mentor, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Learning Hub
- 1999 to 2021
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Lagos Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Esther
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Esther: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2009. I still have your notes. Greetings from Dwarka.
