Esther Funmilayo Abdullahi
Coached chess for 13 years in Port Harcourt
- 🇳🇬 Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria
- Since 2013
- English, Hausa
I've coached chess at Port Harcourt Community Club since 2013. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Esther
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
