For 19 years I was the social studies teacher at Embakasi Middle School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 760 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Esther
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Esther: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
