For 20 years I've run the martial arts program at Kaduna Athletic Club in Kaduna. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Esther: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
