Esther Aisha Simiyu
Taught chemistry at Kisumu High School
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- 2001 to 2014
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You taught me chemistry in 2021 at Kisumu High School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Truly.
