Feeding Buenos Aires for eight years
- 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Old Buenos Aires Canteen
- 2013 to 2021
- English
I've cooked from 2013 to 2021, first at home, then at Old Buenos Aires Canteen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Esteban: Any gift helps me keep the Sunday table free for people in need.
