Helping people break into nursing

For eight years I've mentored people in nursing and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Esra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Esra: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
