Esperanza R. Mendoza
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Mar del Plata
- 🇦🇷 Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Mar del Plata Mount Pleasant Ensemble
- 1988 to 2019
- Spanish
I play traditional drumming and folk music. I started in 1988 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
