Esperanza P. Quintero
Farmer and teacher of young growers
- 🇲🇽 Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Old Guadalupe Growers Co-op
- 1980 to 1991
- Spanish
I've grown rice from 1980 to 1991, with a bit of poultry on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
