Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Boston, Massachusetts, United States
- Crown Trades Guild
- Since 2008
- English
I've worked in baking since 2008. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 430 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Esperanza: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
