Esperanza H. Flores
Finance mentor, Mendoza
- 🇦🇷 Mendoza, Mendoza, Argentina
- Mendoza Foundation

For 41 years I've mentored people in finance and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Esperanza
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Esperanza: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
