Local baking and welding
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Palmira Workshop
- 1995 to 2007
- Spanish
I've worked in baking from 1995 to 2007. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 380 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
