I organize the neighborhood watch in Monterrey. About 50 people rely on it every week.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm still learning every day.

We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Esperanza: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.

My mother was helped by your neighborhood watch and she talks about you all the time. Greetings from Mississauga.
