Esperanza D. Flores
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Highland Mentoring Circle
- 1997 to 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Highland Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Esperanza
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
