I've coached cycling at Takoradi Brookfield Athletic Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
