Errol W. Harris
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
- Old Half-Way Tree Workshop
- 1980 to 2009
- English
I've worked in baking from 1980 to 2009. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,220 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 10 years later for another job.
More about Errol
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Errol: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
