I've worked in shoemaking from 2007 to 2020. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 510 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
