Helping people break into small business
- 🇮🇩 Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
- Kingsway Youth Network
- 1982 to 2006
- English, Indonesian
For 24 years I've mentored people in small business and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Erlangga: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
